Through the official website for the animated adaptation of the manga Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan, written and illustrated by Daisuke Hiyama, it was revealed that the series is scheduled to premiere on July 10 through the Japanese television station Tokyo MX.
Hiyama started publishing the manga in Futabasha publisher Manga Action magazine in July 2017. The publisher published the fifth compilation volume on January 10.
