A new promotional video for the project was published on the official site for the original Aniplex and Studio VOLN anime, Back Arrow. The video reveals that the series has been scheduled for release in Japan on January 8, 2021, and to new members of the cast of voices:
- Kunihiro Kawamoto as Burk Lean, the leader of Essha Village.
- Tomokazu Seki as Sola Athin, the Essha village doctor.
- Queen Ueda as Annie, a girl from Essha village.
- Sara Matsumoto as Jim, a boy from Essha Village
- Maria Naganawa as Sam, an Essha Village boy.
- Anna Nagase as Tom, an Essha Village boy.

In addition, the series has confirmed duration for a total of two arches, so it aims for a continuous transmission of six months. Finally, the statement also revealed a new promotional image for this project.
Synopsis of Back Arrow
Ringarindo is a land surrounded by a wall. The wall covers, protects, cultivates and nourishes this land. The wall is god ... is the foundation of this land of Ringarindo. One day, a mysterious boy named Back Arrow appears in the village of Essha on the outskirts of Ringarindo. Arrow lost his memories, but says all he knows is: "I came from beyond the wall". To restore his memories, Arrow goes beyond the wall, but is drawn into a battle with himself as the stakes are high.
