A press release listed that the manga written and
illustrated by Chihiro Yuzuki , “ Kimi
to Koete Koi ni Naru ( With You, Our Love Will Make It
Through ),” is getting an anime adaptation that will premiere sometime
in the Fall 2025 (October-December) period . The release did
not list production details, but did list the main voice cast, which includes:
- Manaka
Iwami will play the protagonist Asaka Mari.
- Takuya Eguchi will play the protagonist Hidaka Tsunagu.
Chihiro Yuzuki began publishing the manga
through Shueisha ’s
shojo magazine Manga Mee in May 2019, and it is still in
serialization. She previously wrote a variety of other works such as
“ Juujin -san to Ohana-chan ,” “ Himitsu no
Otsukiai wo Shiteimasu ,” and “ Watashi no Sensei wa Do S de
Ecchi na Kedamono .”
Synopsis of Kimi to Koete Koi ni Naru
When Mari, a high school student, bumps into a
late-arriving classmate, she's shocked to discover that he's a beastfolk who's
attending her school. After all, it's not uncommon for beastfolk to coexist
with humans, but it's still uncommon, prejudices and all. Nervous at first,
Mari soon realizes that there's more to him than his furry exterior. In fact,
the more she gets to know him, the more drawn she becomes to him—his firmness,
his kindness, and… his body…
