Between
garbage, monsters and redemption
The story
follows Rudo, a young man who lives in the slums of a floating
city. While the rich live in luxury and throw their waste into the abyss, the
poor survive on what they can. One day, Rudo is falsely accused of murder and
sentenced to be thrown along with the trash into the void. On the surface,
where humanity's waste dwells, misshapen monsters lurk. If he wants to survive,
uncover the truth, and take revenge, Rudo must master a new power and join the
Cleaners, a group that fights these fearsome creatures of the
"Well."
The manga
was released in February 2022 in Kodansha's Weekly
Shōnen Magazine. Hideyoshi Ando participates with graffiti
designs, and the manga's 15th volume was published on June 17.
