The sci-fi
saga Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 3199 continues its
galactic journey with the long-awaited Chapter 4, titled "Light
Blue Sasha". As expected, the new trailer focuses on Sasha,
who assumes a key role in this new installment.
The
production has revealed an official trailer and a new
visual image that highlight the importance of the character,
anticipating a narrative loaded with emotions, revelations and character
development. The premiere is scheduled for October 10, 2025 in
theaters in Japan (UTC+9 local time).
A review
of the previous chapters
This new
chapter continues the story started in "Kuro no Shinryaku" ("Dark
Invasion"), which debuted in Japanese theaters on July 19, 2024.
It was followed by "Sekijitsu no Shutsugeki" ("Liftoff
of the Red Sun") on November 22, 2024, and more recently "Gunjou
no Asteroid" ("Asteroid of the Ultramarine Blue")
on April 11, 2025.
