New voices confirmed

The cast includes Shōya Chiba, who will play Jayce Partiract, and Yōko Hikasa, who will play Neely. Both join a cast that already has several recognized names in the industry.

Change in the release date

Although initially scheduled for October, the series delayed its release and will now debut in January 2026. In addition, the premiere will be with a special 60-minute episode, an uncommon bet that seeks to hook the audience from the beginning.

The story behind the anime

The full title of the work is Yūsha-kei ni Shosu: Chōbatsu Yūsha 9004-tai Keimu Kiroku. The plot focuses on a world where the so-called "heroes" are used as weapons in the service of the government and, instead of glory, they receive punishments and sentences. A story that mixes action, social criticism and a dark background around the concept of "being a hero".
