The second
season of Tales of Wedding Rings already has a confirmed date
and a new promotional video that previews its musical themes. The anime, based
on Maybe's manga, will premiere on October 4 in Japan.
The
promotional video shows a preview of the opening "Daybreak" performed
by Sizuk, as well as the ending "any if" by Akari
Kitō, Hime's voice actress. The production will also have an "uncensored
version" that will debut on the same day on AT-X and will join
platforms such as ABEMA and U-NEXT from October 11.
Return
of staff and new additions
The main
team will reprise roles: Takashi Naoya will direct the series
at Staple Entertainment, Deko Akao will be in charge of the
script, and Saori Nakashiki will return to character design.
The great novelty of the cast is the incorporation of Miyu Tomita as
Morion.
From
manga to its conclusion
The Tales
of Wedding Rings manga began in 2014 in Square Enix's Monthly
Big Gangan magazine and ended in August 2024 with 15 volumes. Yen
Press will publish the final volume in English on October 28.
