Onegai!" will be performed by the girl group Iginari Tohoku San.
Onegai
AiPri Details
For this
new installment, the animation is a co-production between the renowned OLM studios
and the South Korean production company Dongwoo A&E. The
scripts are under the supervision of Gigaemon Ichikawa (who
had already been working on Himitsu no AiPri), while Manabu
Nii, whom you surely remember for his great work in Akiba Maid War,
is in charge of adapting the original character designs of Hiromi Nashimoto.
What is
the story about?
The plot
follows Inori Konomi, a high school freshman who has just moved to the city of
Onegai. Upon arriving at the town square, Inori prays to the statue of a
goddess asking for the chance to become an "AiPri" idol. At the end
of his prayer, he accidentally bumps into Aoi Yumemiya, a very famous AiPri,
and a mysterious talking stuffed animal named Fōchū.
It turns
out that Fōchū is looking for someone capable of making his wish come true.
When Inori opens the special mirror pact given to her by Aoi, she manages to
get the long-awaited stage debut she had just prayed for.

two seasons between 2024 and 2025, keeping alive the tradition of musical shows
