The most despised class in this fantasy world is about to prove their true potential. The production committee in charge of the animated adaptation of The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System (known in Japan as Tsuiho Sareta Tensei Ju Kishi wa Game Chishiki by Muso Suru) released its main trailer and an unreleased promotional image. This update served to confirm that the series will begin its broadcast on Japanese television on July 2.

As excellent news for fans of the franchise, it was announced that the anime will be broadcast for two consecutive cours. This guarantees half an uninterrupted year of episodes.

Details of The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System

As revealed in previous announcements, the production is being handled by the GoHands studio, maintaining its characteristic animation style with immersive scenarios and dynamic camera movements during the action scenes. The direction is under the overall command of Shingo Suzuki, accompanied by Katsumasa Yokomine as episode director.

For its part, the character designs fall to Takayuki Uchida, while the musical section is being composed by Ludvig Forssell, known for his spectacular work in the film BELLE.

What is the story about?

The plot follows Elma, a 15-year-old boy from a prestigious lineage of Sword Saints. During his Divine Blessing Ceremony, he obtains the class of "Heavy Knight", considered in this world as useless, flawed, and typical of cowards. After being stripped of his position as heir and exiled mercilessly, his future seems over.

However, this fantasy world is exactly the same as the video game he used to enjoy in his previous life. With her knowledge as a veteran player, Elma knows that the Heavy Knight is actually the strongest class of them all. Taking advantage of this great advantage, the protagonist will embark on a journey to level up quickly and become the ultimate warrior.
