The infamous programming block known for defying the limits of TV censorship has a new project on its hands. It has been officially confirmed that the adult manga Onaji Semi no Someya-san ga AV Joyu datta Hanashi will receive an anime adaptation under the AnimeFesta label. As this is a preliminary announcement, a premiere date, the animation studio in charge, and the voice cast that will participate in the series have not yet been revealed.

To celebrate this daring news, mangaka Nigo Shoji shared a special commemorative illustration. In addition, it was detailed that the animated project will undergo a slight change in its title due to broadcast issues, being renamed Onaji Semi no Someya-san ga Sexy Joyu datta Hanashi in its official television version.

Details about Onaji Semi no Someya-san ga AV Joyu datta Hanashi

As is tradition with the projects of the WWWave Corporation, this series will join the popular category of animated shorts known colloquially by fans as the Soryo-waku format. This means that the work will have two different versions: a censored "broadcast" edition that will be broadcast on traditional television, and a fully uncensored "premium" version that will be distributed exclusively through online platforms.

What is the story about?

The premise follows the day-to-day life of Ryosuke Kamiya, an ordinary young university student. One day, while enjoying an adult video in the comfort of her room, she notices a shocking detail: the protagonist of the material is none other than Ruka Someya, her classmate from the university seminary.

Unable to keep the secret, Ryosuke decides to confront her privately to ask her about it. Far from denying it, Ruka makes him an unexpected proposal: she promises that she will have intimate relations with him on the sole condition that he never tells anyone about his hidden work.

About the original work

Author Nigo Shoji began the publication of this spicy manga through the pages of the magazine Ananga Langa, belonging to the KATTS publishing house, in 2023. It is a fairly short and direct work, with only eight chapters published in its history to date.
