The infamous programming block known for constantly pushing the boundaries of TV censorship has its next big bet ready. The racy comedy Do You Like Big Girls? (known in Japan as Okii Onnanoko wa Suki Desu ka?) has just released a sizzling official trailer. This footage confirmed that the series will have an early online premiere on March 13, followed by its debut on Japanese television scheduled for April 5.

True to the tradition of AnimeFesta productions, the series will feature an "On-Air" version with censorship for broadcast on TV and a completely uncensored "Premium" edition exclusive to the internet. The trailer also allowed us to listen to a fragment of the main theme song, titled "Sekai ni Hitotsu no Gift", performed by singer Mitsuki Nakae.

Details about Do You Like Big Girls?

Animation is coming to life in the halls of the Houkiboshi studio, under the direction of Souta Warai. The series composition and scripts are in the hands of Eeyo Kurosaki, while Nagae Ashitaka takes on the vital task of adapting the voluptuous character designs for the small screen.

What is the story about?

The era of tall girls has finally arrived! Thanks to his sister's cunning manipulations, little Souta ends up being dragged to become the new director of the dormitory of the women's college volleyball team. Due to his remarkably short stature, the boy immediately becomes the perfect target for the players' teasing.

Now, Souta must muster up the courage to face these real Amazons and conquer the enormous obstacles of living under the same roof with a harem of giant girls. For him and his new dorm life, it's victory or absolute ruin!

About the original work

After the closure of this magazine in January 2022, the work was successfully moved to the Takecomic web portal, where it continues to be published. The series currently has eight compilation volumes in the Japanese market.
