Japanese publisher Ichijinsha officially released the 16th and final volume of
the manga WATATEN!: An Angel Flew Down to Me, by Nanatsu Mukunoki, in Japan. To
commemorate the conclusion of this beloved yuri comedy, a touching trailer was
posted on the publisher's official YouTube channel.

includes new recordings by voice actresses Reina Ueda as Miyako Hoshino and
Maria Sashide as Hana Shirosaki, reviving the characters that captivated
audiences both on paper and on screen.

WATATEN!
was serialized in Comic Yuri Hime magazine from November 2016 to April 2025,
consolidating its position as one of the most beloved titles in the genre. The
animated adaptation, produced by Douga Kobo, aired between January and March
2019, followed by an OVA episode in May 2019 and a film titled WATATEN!: An
Angel Flew Down to Me – Precious Friends in October 2022.
