The
official accounts of the anime Let This Grieving Soul Retire have
revealed this weekend a new promotional image for its
long-awaited second cour. After the announcement made in December
2024, it is now confirmed that the series will return with new episodes
in October 2025. In addition, Crunchyroll will
broadcast the continuation in simulcast, as the episodes are
released in Japan.

stage for the action-fantasy series
With a proposal that mixes intense battles, emotional drama and a protagonist marked by his past, Let This Grieving Soul Retire has captured the attention of fans of the genre. This second part promises to delve into the development of the characters and the secrets that surround the world in which theydevelop.

consolidated creative team for the continuation
The series
is directed by Masahiro Takata (The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall
Rule the World) at the ZERO-G studio. The series is
composed by Hideki Shirane (The Duke of Death and His Maid),
with character designs by Yusuke Isouchi and Shingo
Fujisaki. The soundtrack is by Ryohei Sataka (Gleipnir).
A return
that promises thrills and epic battles
This second
cour will continue to explore the protagonist's internal dilemmas and his
struggle to leave the battlefield. With new challenges ahead and even more
dangerous enemies, the series aims to raise its intensity both narratively and
visually. The visual teaser already gives us a glimpse of a darker and more
