The anime I'm Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!? presents its dubbing

The HIDIVE platform has officially revealed the English dubbing cast for the anime I'm Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!? (original title: NEET Kunoichi to Nazeka Dōsei Hajimemashita), based on the manga by Yakitomato and Kotatsu. The dubbing is scheduled to premiere on June 25 at 19:00 (UTC+2).

The dubbing is directed by John Swasey, with a script adapted by Marta Bechtol, sound mixing by Brent Marshall and Patrick Marrero as audio engineer.


A ninja romance with a lot of humor and shared life


The story follows Tsukasa, an ordinary office worker whose life takes an unexpected turn when he is attacked by demons and saved by Shizuri, a brilliant kunoichi. But off the battlefield, Shizuri is a lazy NEET otaku who barely moves from home. In the aftermath of the incident, the two begin to live together, with Tsukasa using her household skills to take care of Shizuri, who continues as her bodyguard.



Production, streaming and second part of the anime


The anime premiered in Japan on January 5 at 16:00 (UTC+2) via the Anime Store, and was subsequently aired on channels such as Tokyo MX, BS11Sun TV, and KBS KyotoHIDIVE is in charge of its global distribution in streaming.


The second part (cours) of the anime began its broadcast on April 5. The production is in charge of Quad under the direction of Hisashi Saito (HaganaiBamboo Blade). The scripts are supervised by Takashi Aoshima (Uzaki-chan100 Brides), with Masahiko Suzuki on character design and CMJK as music composer.


Music and popularity of manga


The anime's opening theme, "Neet In Jam????," is performed by REAL AKIBA BOYZ loves Shōko Nakagawa, a group that unites singer Shōko Nakagawa and b-boy unit REAL AKIBA BOYZ.


As for the manga, volume 12 was published digitally on May 16 by Number Nine, while Kadokawa published the fourth physical volume on December 27. Although its volumes are shorter than the standard ones, its popularity continues to grow among fans of ninja-flavored romance and comedy.
