The
original anime Turkey! -Time to Strike- has revealed a new trailer focusing on
the character of Rina Godai, a first-year high school student with a passion
for bowling. The character is played by Kana Ichinose, renowned for her vocal
versatility in the anime industry.
A Premiere
with a Date and Big Hits Behind It
The series
is scheduled to premiere in Japan on July 8, 2025, across multiple television
channels. The story will revolve around a group of girls from the Ikkokukan
High School bowling club, in what promises to be a mix of emotions, rivalry,
and self-improvement during the summer.
The project
is being developed by BAKKEN RECORD and PONY CANYON studios. Susumu Kudo is
directing, while Naomi Hiruta is in charge of the script. The character design
and main animation direction were entrusted to Airi Takekawa, and the
soundtrack will be composed by Yuki Hayashi, known for his work on My Hero
Academia.
