Japanese alternative rock group Hitsujibungaku has released the official music video for "Feel", the opening theme of the anime Secrets of the Silent Witch, through their YouTube channel. The song is part of the group's musical project for this series, which also includes the closing theme "mild days".

Transmit emotions through magic

According to Hitsujibungaku's official website, the music video for "Feel" is presented on two screens that depict the feelings of the band members releasing themselves through magic.

It is an audiovisual work that, according to its creators, allows the viewer to "feel the freshness of letting oneself be carried away by the senses and living with emotional honesty", or at least, ideally, it is intended.

The track "Feel" was released digitally on July 4 and is currently ranked No. 44 on Oricon's weekly digital singles chart. The single also includes "mild days" and is available on music platforms under the title "Feel / mild days".

About the Secrets of the Silent Witch anime

The anime premiered in Japan on July 4, 2025 (Japanese time), and Crunchyroll simultaneously streams it for international audiences, with the exception of Japan, China, Korea, and Mongolia.

Based on the light novels written by Matsuri Isora and illustrated by Nanna Fujimi, the story revolves around Monica Everett, a young witch known as the "Silent Witch", famous for mastering sorcery without the need for verbal spells. Despite her magical genius, Monica is extremely shy and prefers to stay away from the world.

His life changes when Louis Miller, the Barrier Magician, gives him an order from the king: to infiltrate an elite school to protect the second prince. Thus begins a silent mission full of magic, secrets and hidden emotions.

With an immersive visual and sound proposal, Secrets of the Silent Witch promises to conquer fans of fantasy and slice of life with a protagonist as powerful as she is vulnerable.
