The
original anime Onmyo Kaiten: ReBirth Verse continues to
capture the attention of fans of the genre with its mix of supernatural
action and juvenile delinquency. Today, its official accounts unveiled
a new trailer that reveals Abe Seimei's true
intentions and the challenges that await protagonist Narihira Takeru.
Time
travel, dreams and battles
The story
follows Narihira Takeru, a young delinquent marked by constant
dreams of Tsukimiya, a mysterious girl. Everything takes a turn
after an accident that transports him to a parallel universe, precisely to the
world in which Tsukimiya lives. There, they are both killed by a creature, but
Takeru wakes up again and discovers that he has traveled back in time. Now, her
only option is to train alongside Abe Seimei to save her.
A
top-notch production team
The series
is directed by Hideya Takahashi (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure:
Golden Wind) under the animation of the David Production studio.
The composition is in charge of Hayashi Mori (SAND LAND), while
the character design is by Kazuaki Morita (Classroom of the
Elite). The music, on the other hand, has been composed by Masahiro
Tokuda (DECA-DENCE), promising an intense and memorable
audiovisual experience.
When
will the anime be released?
Onmyo
Kaiten: ReBirth Verse will
be part of the 2025 summer season, as announced by Crunchyroll.
Although the exact release date has not yet been confirmed, it is expected to
arrive in the course of July, in local broadcast times adapted to
Spain (UTC+2). With each new teaser, this ambitious production continues
to position itself as one of the most intriguing bets of the original
anime for this year.
