History
of Ganglion
The
original manga was published in a single volume by Yoshimoto Books in
2009. Set in Tokyo in the early 2000s, it narrates the misadventures of Kenji
Isobe, a fighter in the service of the company Ganglion Co, Ltd.,
an organization that seeks world domination through plans as crazy as
"Operation Blow Up Mount Fuji" or "Operation Cedar Dust in
Tokyo". However, all their attempts are thwarted by the hero Hopeman,
while Isobe deals with the absurd demands of his superiors.
