The
animated series Everyday Host, based on the four-panel manga by Nimo Gotō, has
kicked off its second part and is celebrating with the announcement of new
characters and a completely revamped promotional image.
This
short-form comedy has been airing on TV Tokyo since April 4th and continues to
gain popularity thanks to its absurdist humor and diverse cast of hosts.
The
Trillion Club Expands Its Host Lineup
The
production has confirmed the addition of three new voices to bring the
charismatic hosts of the Trillion Club to life:
Yūichirō
Umehara as Rui, the club's number 2 host.
Kōtarō
Nishiyama as Shin, number 1.
Kōhei
Amasaki as Mio, number 3.
These
characters join a club where competition for status and eccentricities are the
order of the day.
A comedy
as absurd as it is endearing
The story
follows Sekiguchi, a former businessman who, after falling ill, decides to
leave everything behind to become a host at Club One. In this new environment,
he finds himself surrounded by unusual colleagues: from a former idol to a
social gaming fanatic, to a veteran with the soul of a younger brother.

The script
and direction are by Rarecho (Aggressive Retsuko, Ani ni Tsukeru Kusuri wa
Nai!), who is developing this adaptation under the Fanworks studio.

Origins and Digital Popularity
Nimo Gotō
began publishing Everyday Host on Nico Nico and Pixiv Comics in July 2020.
Thanks to its lighthearted style and charismatic characters, the manga was
well-received online. Kadokawa published volumes 4 and 5 digitally in December
2024 under the Asuka Comics DX imprint.
With more
craziness to come and a club that never sleeps, Everyday Host promises to
continue delivering laughs throughout this new phase of its history.
