Science as a meeting point between fiction and education

The Open Campus is a common activity in Japan in which universities open their doors to the public to showcase their facilities and educational programs. Founded in 1947, Tokyo University of Technology excels at training innovative engineers through hands-on, cutting-edge research-based teaching.

For his part, Dr. STONE has earned worldwide recognition for his focus on rebuilding civilization through the power of science. In the words of the university: "The relentless pursuit of knowledge and the way in which humanity overcomes challenges by uniting its wisdom – as portrayed in the series – is deeply aligned with our educational and scientific philosophy."

With this collaboration, both parties seek to generate curiosity and enthusiasm for science among both anime fans and young people interested in an academic future in technological areas.
