Renowned
manga artist Fumika Minami will launch a new series titled Kawaii Dōmei
(translated as "Adorable Alliance") this Friday, June 7, through
Shogakukan's Manga ONE app. The news was officially revealed on Monday, raising
expectations among her fans.
According
to the preliminary synopsis shared by the platform, the story centers on a
manly-looking girl and a sweet and delicate girl who maintain a secret love
affair. The approach seems to follow Minami's signature style, which often
addresses emotional bonds with intimate and unconventional overtones.

Fumika
Minami is especially known for her work Ijimete Gokko, published
internationally as Tease Me Harder: A Sweet and Kinky Romance. This series was
serialized in Hakusensha's digital magazine Kuromitsu between April 2021 and
July 2024. Its blend of soft erotica and psychological romance earned it a
loyal fanbase.
Seven Seas
has licensed this work for English-speaking audiences and will release the
first volume in English on November 18.

In addition
to her work on Tease Me Harder, Minami published the manga Tsubame Alpine on
Shueisha's Tonari no Young Jump website between January 2023 and July 2024.
This series had a total of four compiled volumes, demonstrating her consistency
and narrative versatility.
With Kawaii
Dōmei, Fumika Minami promises to continue exploring the nuances of human
relationships, this time from a softer but equally intense perspective. It will
